Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. All orders are FINAL.

Order Issues

If you are experiencing difficulties placing an order, send us an email to customerservice@florbellaboutique.com with the following information:

  • Full details of your order
  • Mailing address associated with your order
  • Any other information you deem important

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to any order shipped to the state of Texas.

Shipping

  • Please note that orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Please verify your shipping address is correct during checkout. Should you use Paypal, please check your shipping address there as well. We cannot amend the shipping address or the items ordered after orders have been processed.
  • Flor Bella Boutique IS NOT responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses and is unable to process refunds for items sent to an address that was provided and/or entered incorrectly during checkout.
  • Please allow 10-15 business days to ship as items are NOT made until you place your order. Orders are processed in the order received. (FIFO method).
  • Please be patient with us as Iwework diligently to ensure you receive a quality product.
  • All orders within the US & Canada are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Generally, we expect 3-4 days delivery time once your order has left our boutique.
  • International orders are shipped using first-class mail with a signature required. Shipping times vary.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information to the email address associated with your order as soon as your package is on its way to you. Please check your spam/junk folder as the email may be there.
  • When you receive your tracking number you can track it by clicking HERE. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.
  • Flor Bella Boutique is not responsible for additional shipping rates and/or customs charges incurred by customers when importing our goods.
  • Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified via email within 10 days of placing your order.
  • If a domestic parcel has not been received within 14 days of shipping, or an international parcel within 45 days of shipping, please contact us at customerservice@florbellaboutique.com with your order number and the name associated with your order.
  • If your tracking information states your order was delivered and you believe this to be an error, please contact your local post office.
  • Due to the risk of fraud, we are currently unable to refund or reship any order with tracking information that confirms your order was delivered. Please follow up with your local post office and file a claim. If the shipping carrier is unable to resolve the issue, contact us with a case number for your claim.
  • Flor Bella Boutique reserves the right to substitute a shipping method if the requested shipping method is not available for your address.
  • Flor Bella Boutique reserves the right to cancel orders at any time, for any reason.

Order Status

The best way for quick updates on the status of your order is to set up an account with us at the time of your purchase. This allows you to log in to your account at any time to receive information on your order as its status changes. For the status of your order in transit, please refer to the tracking information contained in the shipping confirmation sent to the email address associated with your order.

Out-of-Stock Products

  • Products that are listed as out-of-stock cannot be purchased. This means you will be unable to add the item to your cart. Unfortunately, we can’t hold orders to include those products once they are back in stock. This is done in an effort to get all of our orders out the door in a timely manner, as well as manage our inability to control the oftentimes varying timeframes of deliveries.
  • Occasionally, some products may sell out and be labeled as “out-of stock” in their product description. When this happens, generally, you will be able to add yourself to our waitlist. This does not secure out-of-stock products for you, but rather adds you to a list to receive a notification once the product is back in stock, for you to then be able to purchase in your own time. Discounts, promotions, holds, or other exclusives at the time of your addition to the waitlist may not be applied to orders once products are back in stock.
  • Should a product not be making a return to the Boutique, it will be taken down and become unavailable for purchase indefinitely. Flor Bella Boutique reserves the right to add or remove products as we deem necessary.
